Returns

As an internet provider of goods to the public, we are bound in the UK by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 , the E-Commerce Regulations 2002, and the Sale of Goods Act 1979-2002. We are a professional company and undertake to adhere to these regulations. Please note however that these regulations apply differently in relation to business to business transactions, please see our Liability statement below.

Subject to the limitations on its liability set out in these Terms, Trekrite warrants that items be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of delivery.

Trekrite shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions or misuse.

If you notify Trekrite of a valid claim under the terms of this warranty, within a period of six months, Trekrite will replace or repair the item or refund the original purchase price of the item, at our discretion. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, you must return the goods to us. We will then refund your postage costs on top of any other repair or replacement.

If you receive the item and wish to return it for any reason other than damage or fault, you must notify us within fourteen working days of receipt, by a written medium such as email or letter. You then have a reasonable time to send it back to us. If we are not notified within the statutory period then refund cannot be given. When returned, the item must be unused, boxed, and suitable for resale as new. We will refund the item price plus your return postage costs within 30 days of receipt.
